The Board of Directors at illuminate is made up of illuminate families, community neighbors, and alumni. Their purpose is to steer the company forward, backed by the Membership of illuminate, laying the foundation for future generations.

The purpose of the board of Directors is to:

Board members are elected by membership for two-year terms on a rotating schedule. Terms begin at the start of the fiscal year on June 1.
​
Board members participate in meetings and committees every 1-2 months.

    • Any person, aged 18+, who is a Member of Illuminate and supports the mission of Illuminate is eligible for the fiscal year beginning June 1, 2024 (learn more about membership here!).
