Booster Committee
The Fundraising Committee serves to efficiently and collaboratively administer the fundraising plan of illuminate Theatrical Arts Co. The Committee seeks to creatively and uniquely raise the maximum amount of funds while minimizing expenses where possible.
Building Committee
The Building Committee is tasked with assessing and recommending options regarding operating locations. Focus is split between currently occupied spaces and the search for future opportunities.
Business Planning Committee
The Business Planning Committee develops and works to realize SMART goals to grow the company.
By-Laws and Policy Committee
The Bylaws and Policy Committee is charged with ensuring all policies and procedures are documented and housed in a central accessible archive for quick reference and to recommend where necessary changes to the Bylaws due to evolving operating conditions.
Marketing Committee
Assisting with all promotional materials, website maintenance, social media, graphics and videos as needed to come alongside the students in the Media Team
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee serves to provide detailed financial information and records for illuminate, including a company budget for Board approval, analysis of income and expenses.
Membership Committee
The Membership Committee serves to promote & manage the Membership of illuminate, evaluating Membership fees and presenting recommendations to the Board according to the by-laws.
Grant-Writing Committee
The Grant-Writing Committee establishes grant goals in accordance with the mission, conducts ongoing research into new areas of opportunity, and cultivates a mix of funding sources through various grants.
Nomination Committee
The Nomination Committee serves to promote and encourage members to serve at the Board level and to manage the Nomination process.
Safety Committee
The Safety Committee involves students and staff to achieve and maintain a safe and healthy environment as well as to evaluate the safety-and-health processes and implement improvements to those processes
