Illuminate relies on volunteers for many events and day-to-day operations
Requirements and Expectations
Not all who volunteer will qualify to support illuminate. Our team will review applications, evaluate alignment with our mission, and determine whether there is an appropriate position for each volunteer to serve. Those who qualify will also need to be CORI checked before they can work with children. Volunteers are expected to arrive on time and fulfill the duties expected of them. Open and honest communication, professionalism, and alignment with illuminate values are essential to success.
